The assistant on this website
This site has an assistant that answers questions about how Tivmark works. It runs with no signed-in user, and it is deliberately limited to two things: searching Tivmark's own published product documentation, and showing you ways to reach the team.
It has no access to any workspace, any person's time off, or any equipment request — not because it declines to use that access, but because it is not granted it.
What happens to what you type:
- Your message is sent to Tivmark's assistant service, which uses a language model to produce a reply.
- The address of the page you are on is included so answers can be relevant. Nothing else is read from the page.
- The conversation is not tied to an account, because there is no account involved.
Please do not enter passwords, payment details, or other people's personal information into the assistant. Treat it like any public web form.
Inside the Tivmark product
Once you are signed in at app.tivmark.com, the assistant acts
as you. It sees exactly what you could see through the interface and
nothing more, and Tivmark's own API enforces that — not the assistant.
Anything that changes data — booking time off, cancelling a request, ordering equipment, approving, declining, or marking equipment fulfilled — shows you exactly what will happen and waits for you to confirm. The assistant cannot take those actions on your behalf without that confirmation.
What the product stores
- Your account details: name, email, and the teams you belong to.
- Your time-off requests and balances, and your equipment requests.
- Audit records of what happened and who did it, so administrators can review changes.
Data is scoped to your team. Team owners and admins see their team's review queues; nobody sees another team's data unless they belong to it.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, tivmark_theme, to remember whether you
chose light or dark. It is not used for tracking or advertising. The product sets a
session cookie when you sign in.
Getting in touch
Questions about privacy, or about a workspace you already have, go through the contact details on the home page. If you believe you have found a security issue, please use those details rather than filing it publicly.
